Sit outside with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Las Vegas strip and enjoy drink specials and reasonably priced food at Nine Fine Irishmen at NY/NY during happy hour. However, if there is some music going on inside spend some time with your cheap drinks and appetizers inside mingling.
$6 gets you Steak & Stout Pies, Fried Sausages, and Beer N’ Cheese Dip. My only suggestion is not to invite your cardiologist, there is a reason the food is good and it's not because you're going light.
