Culinary mastermind José Andrés & his ThinkFoodGroup brings the authentic flavor of Spanish tapas and paellas to Las Vegas with the award-winning Jaleo restaurant re-imagined to include the excitement & spectacle of Las Vegas. The centerpiece of Jaleo Las Vegas is the Paella Grill, an open-fire wood grill specially designed to cook paellas in the authentic Spanish way.
