Cornwall native Dean Thomas founded the Cornish Pasty Company back in January 2005 opening the Tempe, Arizona location. Dean has always been a huge pasty fan and confesses to eating at least five pasties a week when he was growing up in Saltash, Cornwall. Dean still remembers every Friday he would go over to his ‘Nans’(Grandmas) house for pasties. Apparently "They were bloody ansome!"
