Bruce and Eric Bromberg return to the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas after a brief hiatus to open Blue Ribbon with dishes from their original SoHo restaurant. Oysters on the half shell, beef marrow and fried chicken make the menu in this “part saloon, part oyster bar, part American eatery and part international culinary tour.”
