Shang Artisan Noodle aims to both honor and elevate the Chinese culinary tradition of handmade noodles. With an emphasis on high quality ingredients, classic techniques, and thoughtful presentations, we want to delight our guests with an affordable meal that satisfies all of their senses. (Just because we are a fast casual concept doesn't mean we can't offer an exceptional experience.) Our concept may be rooted in the past, but our execution embraces contemporary tastes.
